Another sad tale...Larinda was in the Hospital and getting close to passing, Mom took Jennifer to see her.....Jenn would NOT Go to her Mom....My Mom was devastated...Later Mom was grated custodial rights to raise her first Granddaughter....F-King Leo Took Jenn for a weekend and NEVER BROUGHT HER BACK! 2 pairs of blades, The "Not Panda Poles", My everyday Shoes, Plus Bike
Snowbird Clinic to Home, Last Thurs @Noon until Fri @8:00 PM... 2 Bags of Soft Goods plus 3 Beers came along with me, I have not had a Beer for a Week! This could be a good thing?...
I asked the Assistant at the Snowbird Clinic before being transferred down Canyon to put my Skis in Public Safety with my name on them, Jerry from Public Safety came over, Got the Locker key, Put them away "I don't need the locker number....Everyone knows its the one with the Flowers" Thank You Jerry
On Sunday it was Busy at the Nerd,CLINIC! Only seen the Janitor and a few locker mates....We were in and OUT!
Its been a week now, Rick from Snowbird called and sent a get well card....THANKS

What to do? Andy and Mandy! Sunday they came over for a visit....Turned out we went up LCC,Got my Bike(Andy) Mandy and I hit the Locker, She likes the Flowers!We Took the Not Panda Poles,Blades and Big Feet, Dobermans Plus Clothes....Used Ronnies Big Bag... Clinic was FULL!!
highlights/Lowlights...Dave Powers was the only Local to see me on the Cart.....He messaged right away!The Clinic got more and more Busy,Taking off the Boot was the most painful...."Your the patient of the Month for not Squilling" IT HURT! Next I said those are my new Ski socks, Please don't cut off...Dr Ted and the Staff liked that I'm a Skier and thats what matters MOST! Stayed Positive! Plz take my Skis to Public Safety, They will hold them just put my name to them....Here comes Jerry"I know your locker number,I just need your Keys" THX JERRY! Ambulance ride down was OK, Driver missed the Turn.... Me "I don't want to go to Sandy either" They called ahead to make sure ER is ready...Right into a Room... Met the Surgeon Dr Cymbrosky. He did a great job and came for a follow up Fri before 08:00...He is the one that said we should get you out by the end of the day....Next was the dreaded call to Marc...I din't cry but was close...Next came the call from Cammy..."Have them get the RX ready" She was right..It was the only problem..Marc came by after a sight visit in Draper...Around 18:30 He and Cammy came back, Got me to the Pharmacy, Took me Home, Went back,Picked up and paid for the Meds!!!!!! Talk about LOVE!!!

WhiteHand Thursday Day 65 IT AINT OVER YET!!!

This is a copy of what I'm finally posting online
 It got me about 11:00 am on Big Emma (Snowbirds hardest green run) Chasing down Jenn (MonoBoarder from Soli) and Friend...Broken Fib/Tib just below the Boot top... THE WHITE HAND STOPPED/GOT ME!!!!...My Friend Rick from Ski Patrol is right there, Calls a Sled, Snowbird Clinic was BUSY! Ambulance ride to Alta View Hospital (Driver missed the turn to Sandy,) I noticed from my Bed and told the driver "I don't want to go to Sandy either") Directly into a room at ER...Surgery at 18:00....One Rod, One Plate... Looks OK....Got released about 19:00 Friday the 13th...My Bosses picked me up, Picked up my pain pills and got me into bed before 20:00   My parents didn't know what happened until Valentines Day afternoon...

BLUE BIRD and No Wind! She got it!! We took Mandy up the Beam First...She stayed on Link after that and really got the Power Turns DOWN!! Andy and I got to Ski Double Twice!! Later they left and I stayed up with no Back Pack.....First time this year...Nice walk up to the Bus going down....Walked to Andys in my Ski Boots....Nice WARM Day!! Vertical still not Working

63 I FOUND MY POLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And Skied only Peruvian! Not sure how many times BUT!! The Comp was cancelled due to weather.....OPPS! It turned out creamy/dreamy Plus Nice Bumps under the chair! ended the session with Cain and a Nice staked Salad....Top of P-Dawg...Burke, We want to Film you.... OK I'm A Skier as I walk away and Ski off with a Beer in a Cozy Glove

Day 62 WINDY Funny Friday

Catch the 990 with Bike, See Marc at the mouth of BCC...He Stopped and Waved...If I was heading up to Soli.,He would have been right there ....VERY COOL!!!!!!That reminds me....TRADER JOES OPENS on 13th East near Ft Union YEA!!Catching the Bus here I seen Gary and Jeff(Jiffy Lube) and Palo Alto Twice! in their Toy Coach....Pushing the Bike right past the Pros on the Plaza....NICE! back to the Spot where I run into Mark Later..."I Seen Ron at the Locker, He was leaving at Noon?"
What can you do?I tryed Gad 2...Busy!  Little was a Little too WINDY on Top...Later they closed it and most of the Mountain....NOT G-ZOOM!! It was skiing Soo GOOD!!! I Skied and seen the Solo Ski on the Tree @Door One...Later Mark and I Skied Door Three...He Baled out but Still seen It....IT WAS GREAT!!!!!!!!!! Later the Line got Real Long on GadZoom....Perfect time to show off on the blades....Lifty"Burke Skis everyday" Me doing circles right there..."I'm a Skier!"THAT WAS FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bob Mc and Buddy joined Mark and Me at the Spot.....Stacked Salad Thx!!! Ended up with his Lighter.....OPPS! Nice bike ride down all the way home

Day 61 Nerd Thursday FreeRide Begins

Warm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Stash the Stash at the Spot.....After first session at the Spot here comes Marc...We Ski together the rest of the day working our way over to P-Dawg to see and be seen by the Pros!!!At the top of Little I was the first in after they pulled the rope on the way out to Book Ends.....I GOT FIRST TRACKS DOWN WHITE DIAMONDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOW!!!!!!!!! I stuck with MBX for the next Hour or sooooo It was great but got Busy.....Pass the Top of Tram on my way to Reg....Hitting the sides and sending Snow!!!!!!!!FUUUUUN!!!!!!
Put my Famous Tracks in.........Ended with a Bike ride down to see Ron......That was Great seeing him....Guru Dave said he was hurt.....Liftys were wondering were he is?  He is better now and was up Skiing after all............NICE DAY! I'm Probly heading back there...Was going to go to Soli But
