Fibs got me with my Soli Sign,... Lets go to the "B",.... Very nice ride up and we parked at Milly!!! Hide Bag at a Nice Spot!!!!! Head over to Soli and switch Poles (Whites for the Neons) back via Concord,.... FIRST GROOM OF THE SEASON!!!!!!!
(Not on the Grooming Report today??????) Also the First time down the lower SolBright Trail,.
Back to Milly, Move pack over to Crest, Ride GW Twice, Here comes the Snow time to go,... About 4:00 or So, Catch the 960 to the mouth, Wet ride to Andys, Then to Wendys (Missed the date again)

I started to hitch when the 952 came up to the swamp lot.... Bonus Bus!! See Lee in the Locker Room and up at the Summit,.... We Skied MB AM

WHAT A DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Left my bag at the top of MBX, Lee went down and I moved to the upper Spot

Ronnieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! Found him on Gadzoom about 13:30,...... Now its ON!!!! CARVE-a-LERT!!! on Gadzoom with the Best Groomers off the Fun Park and EVEYWHERE,.... Put my marks at the top of Gadzoom and later on Little Cloud,..... Gaurge-Alert!! Ron dug out the upper Spot looks great! Finally we ended on Little with Soft Bumps and the best Regulator Ever Skied!!!

49 Fog Weds with Kenny

2nd Sunny Day in a row (I was Off Tuesday) Biked to the mouth with the Naked Skis plus, Not bad at all...

It felt complete....They are up at the spot,.... Thx Krista for the ride up and all the way to the Fog Lunch (Left my bag right there) Kenny and I head up with Big B, Its a Crave-a-Lert,.... Best Carvers of the season,.... Fun Balls on the Bonus,... Sundancer was Outstanding!!!! We even took the Rhapsody Wrapearound to Apex and Summit, Back home in Honeycomb, OK..... Fog Lunch was Excellent!!! THX JOHN and the Ladies,.... Cake and Brownies Plus Brats off the grill with Stake Dinner type set Up!!!! YEA! Got a ride back down from Terry, Rob gave the Thumbs up to the Ladies

48 Snowbird to Alta, Mammoth Scotts final day

Woke up at Andys "LCC Closed from 5:45-8:00",.... Bike to WALTS!!! Catch a ride to the mouth ,,,,Thx Breck! Next a ride to entrance 3 Thx Alta Skiers! Finally get to the Spot about 10:30 or so and on to G-Zoom about 11:00 (Not going to make the 11:30 meet time at the Summit) Did Ski G-Zoom and Little (Gadzoom went down for a while, I noticed it before passing mid-gad, Shot over to Gad 2, Back to Little to see MB still closed,....... Finally it OPENED and I was there!!! Took a couple of Laps until Its time to hit the Spot, Grab my Pack and make the Journey over to Alta,.... Bonus Sugarloaf!!!!!! Lexi yells "Burke" at the bottom of Collins,.... YEA! Got to pass the stickers, Pins and say good bye with a ride down to entrance 3,..... "Come to Mammoth for last Day" THX SCOTTY!

Catch the early Bus, Run into the team at the Forklift,.... Yea! Get ready and catch Peruvian (Alaska) Weather Sucked!!!! So I take Lexi with Me to Gadzoom, Ron takes Larry down Mach Snell.....Scott kinda went his own way,... We all meet at the Mid-Gad Restaurant,.... We do the first Ronnie Wrap around, Later Ron and I did the first Door 3 of the year (After we got the crew to the Summit Res via MBX and the easy way down) Stormy all day, Later I meet them at the Tram Club to watch Denver WIN!! It was SOOOOOO busy, For a while they wouldn't let people in..  I Got IN!!! Catch a ride down to Andys via BCC mouth to get my Blades,..... Love EM!!!!

Ski weekend went well,. Saturday, We night skied until closing at Brighton... (Soon We will also spend the day at the "B") Can't Wait!

Sunday at Snowbird,...... Snow!!! It was fun showing them around (They Ski Mammoth in California, Similar resorts,... Big!)

Monday we were to meet at the New Summit Restaurant (At Snowbird) That didn't happened due to the back of the mountain not opening until after noon,.... We still met up at the base of Alta (I was happy to see them before they flew out, I gave them stickers and commemorative pins.)

07:30 960 Bus to the Village.... MORE STICKERS!!! First Apex Chair with a village person
"Last time we seen you was up at Snowbird",Thx "My Husband went to the Bird thinking they would not open Honeycomb" He would be wrong "We see you all the time Skiing the Blades,...HARD!" Thx "We LOVE IT!" Down to the Spot, Run into Marc and Scott,....."Summit?" YUP!!!! After 3 Laps they pulled the rope, We are in and it was GOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Marc left, I hit Triple Twice then down to the Spot, Get everything and head over to the "B",......Find a new spot right there,... Hide the Ladies and take out the Blades,.... 3 GWestern s in the Sun,.....Gauge alert!!! Meet Kenny at the Top,... "Lets hit Marcharitta" YEA!!! We DiD!!!! Still Sunny, Here comes the Moon, A Helicopter fliles by, The last Bus leaves at 5:10,... Time for a Bonus Crest, Then get my Bag and head to the Bus,.... Kenny got us a ride down to his Truck at Soli. (Uniformed was there training) There was also a fatality due to Avalanche on Goblers Knob,... Sad,.... Got the ladies waiting for me up at the "B" for Mammoth Scotts afternoon Party this Saturday,.... Can't wait to see him

44 Powder Day @Soli

Thanks for the ride up and down Scott!! I Hope we hook up again today an everyskiday!.... Biked to Andys running late, Grab and Go,.... Had time to catch the 960 BUT Scotty pulled into reams soooo the partys ON!!
Later Big "B", Eric and Curtis join us,.... 3 inches overnite turned into more like a Foot!!!!Pow on the Bowl, Pow on Sundancer, Face Shots on the Bonus Groomer,.... Perfect in the Trees,... Yup any and all Tree Shots good to go!!!!!!!!! Fantastic Fog Lunch in the brown bag area...............YEA!

43rd day MLK and Freeride day on Peruvian

Bell to Bell on Peruvian (ended about 3:20) SNOW all DAY!!! It was AWESOME! Junior Freeriders everywhere,...... Stashed my Pack near Stus and where I could watch the Competition,.... Later I run into and Smoke up with Tim (Old Powdershots Guy) and Tom,... "You've been here a long time" And "You are the essence of Skiing Snowbird" THX!!!! Later We watch the Comp.,,, It was great!!!
Bigfeet under the Chair.....WOW!!!!!! That was Fun,... Heard my name alot and even"Thats not Burke" But it was,............... 2 Hour delay catching the Bus down,... Not a Bummer,.. BUT!

42nd Day Double down .......

Andy called in Sick, I catch the 07:30 960 Bus with the Ladies (Dan was going up too but) Got up early to find Scott already at Georges corner....... Big B and Phil join us,....PARTY IS ON!! (Left my Pack cause we are heading to Andys to watch the Broncos after Skiing) DOUBLE WAS DOWN and won't be running today....Hike up and Skied the Beam,.... GREAT!!! Big "B" stayed on the Beam, Phil and Marc headed up Triple,.....Scott and I didn't cut the rope but did Ski over to Lunch Run, Followed by More and More PERFECT GROOMERS with up to 6 inches of blow away white Smoke!!!! We even hit the SPOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THX SCOTT for the Pics and Flicks!!!!

Day 36 Onepiece Friday and newer Boots @ Snowbird

Ended up finding and buying some yellow Rossi RaceOne Ski Boots at Play it Again OK for now,.
This time I take my Bag to the Spot MUCH Better (Later there was a Snowshoe track right past the Spot) Hmmmmm I stopped by the Activity Center and said Hi to Pam, Talked about Weds Jan 13th (Free Uta Rides and Something from Pow) There was a group heading out on SnowShoes,..... Whoa
It Snowed all day again,........ Skied the upper Ronnie Wraparound for the first time,...... STEEP and the Sugar was way to Soft! Holy Sh&t! Got out and carefully Skied under Gad 2 to the Fun Park,..... VERY GOOD!!!! Almost to Soft,.... Hmmmmm Nice bus down with a seat, Home to Moms and finally fixed the online deallioooooooo,(I HATE Trying to use the device at Andys) Today I call Ari

Day 35 Thursday, Back to the Nerd

Its been awhile,.... Worked on the boots in the locker and left the Whiteees at Home,... Still to.........
Met a Devo Dad who remembered me from Solis race course... Catch the 2nd Tram, Down Reg,...... SUCKED! On down to the Spot, Much Better,... Skied Sneaky Petes and the Lowest Ronnie wraparound,.... It was EXCELLENT!!! And so was the groomers in the Fun Park,. Junior Racers all over, Big Emma was sooooo soft as was about everything,. Bumps and MY line off Little,. She ruined them and was kinda competitive, (Competition Boyzzz) "Nice Line" OK

Day 34 Outdoor Retailers Demo Day @Soli

My Favorite day to Showcase Solitude......Took the Bigfeet up,....(The Ladies are at PowderHorn, THX Craig!) Biked to the Mouth, Hitched up with the sign and Ski Boots on, Thx Curt and your Quarto Stationwagon! Almost full at 08:40 or so, Hit the front at 09:00 (Heard My name from the Beam) Yea! "You have to enter from below" Past the restrooms to La Spotiva Tent "No Mike today" OK Lets Ski!!! Bag to the Summer Road....Theres Marc, CARVE-A-LERT! And Walking around on top of Double..... Got the new Onepiece and Sunglasses    Someone is looking out for me,.... Bus down to a Free Burrito and Chipsssssss! THX Lonestar     Crash early at Andys
