Thx Scotty for coming and getting me...It was worth it!Moonbeam lot had the full sign out with the Las Vegas Metro/Unified Cops at the entrance, We continue to the village and park in the back/back spot.(had to wait but did it)ConcorD,Sundancer,Fluid Drive,Fun Park,Lower Sig Run,RACE COURSE!!All Groomed to perfection!!!!Seen Devo Willie and BEN'S DAD....This is the 5TH!! Season that B's dad has raved about how I taught his boy how to have fun on the Slopes....Oh and Ski your heart out!!!!Thx Dad Hope to see you guys this week......

Leaving upper lot the four wheel drive sign was on....It didn't look to bad, But it got worse...Very slow threw storm mt. with a slide off past the bridge. On the way up a rollover near the slabs(Not a bad part at all!?)Checked in @ the PH AD CTR "Hows Concord treating you?" Twice as nice!2nd day when its groomed its More Better!!Seen Billiee and Marsha,Love these two!!Jason on the horse past the bridge"Hi Burke, how did you ride the race course last night?" Answer...."The rope was down!I'm on my best P's and Q's" "Ok Thx, Mike seen you and we...Bla..Bla..Bla"What are you going to try and bust me, I don't tuck ropes EVER!!All this before first run on DaVePeX!Onto CONCORD!!!Holy S&*T!!!It was SOOOOOOO GOOOOOD!!missed the ski off, made the drink off.
K's b-day,She Gets a magic necklace!and a song..M was w/ only one of the kids, he was also Telemarketing...Nicely done!Meet and Ride w/Henry and Bety, They like to Carve Alot!Showed them the spot,We tryed for the Fog lunch...Too late....But we did have a blast @ the 13:00 Ski OFF!Its fun skiing with the Euro's!Last of the semi warm days, looks like the cold is back.......

Catch the shuttle to Moonbeam,Ride down to Double Ego...There's the MaN!We start best CarvE AlerT this season!!We seen and skied with Megan..(in all her Glory,Tele and Tour with a ranger gear, missed the 13:30 Tour.)ConCorD CorD was Sooooooo Dangggggg Gooddddddd!!!!!!Santa was on the slopes(Eagle)After lunch its back to the CorD....Hey,Wait at the ToP!Second CarvE AlerT in session! Sunny Friday @Soli/Half day work

Foggy down in the Valley....Sooo glad we finish work early, got up to the upper lot about 13:00(Lower lot had a sign saying it was full.)It was good to see all the lifts running...Yea I rode Double Ego... Seen Cr,She was stuck until 16:30(3.5 hours)when she got down they gave her a half day pass....Everyone around her got a full day pass,So she was going to hit the Admin Office and also try for full day!!GooD LucK!!Went by my lost ski....Groomers are getting closer to my skI. Ended walking around the Village to greet everyone Merry Christmas! Even got a smile from Sue,Craig, Jimmiee,Brian and the receptionist! Also met the Spa Girls for the first time this seasonSally and Ketty....Gave K a ride down, hope to have a all day ski session one of these daysss.Ended up at pharris for dinner on his Bday.....Got the good Vibes Back!!!

The lost Ski/Power failure @ Solitude

You think you got this,No...Used the metal detector,Found the pole I Stashed...The 155 remains hidden!!!This is after 2 sessions of looking, Thx Eric for the help!PM session I heard a crack, look over and watch this big boy evergreen fall onto one of the summer Mt Bike Trails.WHOA!But that wasn't the scary part, Being roped off Double Ego was sketchy.....But on the other hand I was only stuck for about 1 hour.Had was running top shack,I'm only out 2 chairs(Over Eagle Ridge Run)She Keeps me informed(Hang on Burke,Ski Patrol is Coming...Oh Yea they just called to confirm we have the rope belay swing at top shack)Get a call from CR,She's about 1/2 way up Sunrise.Oh NO!
Hear comes Patrol..."Hang on Burke, we got you....Your the first on off"First rope went way off, next they hung the rope from the cable out from top,Hear comes Spnc to really help me down with clear and precise instructions,He even let me hold my pack(Had the Metal detector on board)Rope on, sit on board,Slip over the seat and get belayed down....2 of my worst nightmares happened in 2 Days..I'm OK..What can you DO? Drove to the Village to hit lost and found and file a missing Ski report...Let Admin in on What happened on the rope down...Love praising how good patrol and the lifty's did in this difficult time...Zac/Phil/Betsy and Others....Before leaving I walked up to Apex to see whats going on on Sunrise...Still many folks including CR?Still Stuck.....Oh Sh*T I'm out of here!!Clock tower time stuck at 13:03 or so....Left @ 15:45....Glad these last 2 day's are done!!!!Returned metal detector to Dad.......Thx Andy and Stan....

Is when you loose one ski in the pow 5 feet from a groomer!!I probe,dig and punch the snow and still couldn't find it...My new, just picked them up Henrick, 155 killer 9th WarDS!!!!!Today I'm going to dig it out and rescue my ski....Using the Mammoth Scott plan and Andy's Dads tool...

Bumping and jumping with Travis..."DAD,I'm riding up w/Burke"..."Dude,You Slay this Mt!"..."We come up 3 times a week, every time we see you bell to bell ripping it up!!"Hanging out after BEsT day ever w/ Randy...What happened today?!!!WoW!!!It was an AmazinG CARVE OFFFF!!!!

Being born and raised in Holladay where I still reside, It's easy to access all 13 resorts from this location.(I've had the opportunity to ski 10!) I look forward to Trying out Beaver Mt, Nordic Valley,(Wolf Creek,UT) And Timp Haven (Sundance).

Last season was Epic..New Skis,New Friends,161 days on the slopes plus OVER 3 MILLION VERTICAL FEET!! I learned some valuable lessons. I continue to grow and learn as a person and a SKIER. Join me on my Journey!
