Day 18 SnoNerD"Magic!"

I LOVED THIS MEMO DAY!!!Biked to the mouth,Stopped @the sign to take a weez...Eric from Soli(Pekka's friend)Seen me off the road and gave me a ride up!!We went up to the bypass road where they TOWING CARS(Welcome to SnoNerD)Pushed bike threw 9 inches of Pow down to P-Dog(Had Flowers for the ladies)Its 10:00 and the line goes as long as you can see(KINDA)Took my sweet time getting ready(2 different groups where surprised to see me so soon,Thinking I rode up the whole way,HE HE) Stayed on P-dog all day...Bumps top to bottom(OK just skiing as if?)(:FOGs where there, never seen em but did get some fog-@-Soli shout outs!Also heard, Mono,HotDog,YEA BURKE!!(Thx Chris and the Soli-Mono's)Got some nice looks from the ladies(I LOVE YOUR OUTFIT!)What outfit?And Hello from an Angel!!Yep...I LOVE SNONERD!!!

Day 17 SNONERD!!

Biked to mouth of LCC,Hitched up to the Nerd Ctr(Rained,4"new overnite)Rode with Mono B first,We catch Ronniee and hit the spot...Last run down Daltons Draw....That was fun!!

Day 16 SnoNerD/T-Ville

Bus/Bike up,Ronniee catchs same bus at swamp lot...Alton and kids are up too...Little cloud had a bump clinic going on...Funny to see Turning Pete Salivate watching the kids Bump OFF...Rode with P-slut and 2 Brothers...Biked out to Altons after late lunch in Sandy and a ride by the storage...Got Soaked riding home...........

Day 14 @THE NERD!!

Bike up and Down...Run into and ski with Ronniee even before first chair,We met and rode up with a MONO-boarder(Scot,Chaos)Who wanted to have a stacked Salad first thing,Ok!Lets hit Stuies!Later on we run into Carl @ the Spot, He also has a stacked salad with Golden Nuggiess...YES!That helped us get threw the rain and ski til last run!(Fun/Secret Chute was AWESOME!!)Seen Jeff with other instructors(Turned up the mogul turns!!!)Love and will miss the dag(Love the lifties, they know my name and now tell me"Go ahead Burke",And"We missed you!!")had a drink w/Alton and Ron at the the tram club to end the day....

Day 13 @The nerD

Nonstop Saturday ski fun on P-DoG!!Biked up and down(Sat and Sun)Solo skied the whole day(Sunday,Ronniee and I stayed together all day!!)
Friday was Crazy....Phil picked me up in time to get up before road closer,Then interlodge and straight line,Bombs blasting all around!!(In the Tahoe)Finally we go up to the SnoNerD Ctr just in time to hear they wont be open for skiing(Negative Nellies with an Alta Attitude?!?)Come on its not even 08:30...SNONERDS!!!!!!!!! We seen Alton and Ronniee(Ron got the boot from his locker due to Public Safety asking him"Are you an Instructor Here?Cause these are for the Ski School?"TOO FUNNY!!Phil and I had our swim trunks in case we got shut out,But instead when down for breakfast @The Black Bear Diner...It was GREAT!!THX PHIL for the great Morning!!Got lots of Shout outs and seen many friends,Especially at the end of the day on the deck.....

Day 12 SnoNerD Blue Ribbon DAY!

Phil picked me up and dropped me off....Plus took care of the 4:20 ALERT!!!BLUE RIBBON DAY!!!We start off at the plaza,There's Max taking a hike(He got injured on Fri 13TH,OUCH)Meet his son and friend,Cool Folks...At the top of P-dog we see and ride with Carl down to the Spot for a true Stacked Salad!!!THX CARL!!Patrol comes threw just to check in and find out when Carl's having his B-day party(Its a big deal!!) We catch up with Ronie and walk thru tunnel,Min and Reg not as good as P-DOG,Later we run into Alton and ride with is two kids(GREAT SKIERS!!)Funniest thing was when Phil got stuck in the Not so creamy/dreamy and had to have Patrol dig him out(Ron and I thought he got hurt at first but....WHE!!)Zip under P was AWESOME!!All 3...had a great time hanging out on the plaza(Seen Austin from the B!!)Best/Worst day soo for at the NERD!!!!(We even found a Photo sign and turned it in at the top o-Min)

Day 11/Rain after 14:00

Missed the first bus, Mystery(mysery)Bus never showed!(I was there at 07:07)Seen Max there too(He is like WOW,You ride up?Your old School Ski Bum!!)YUP,Rode up to the mouth via a park I've never been in(By the water plant)Came out by la cue Res,Hitched up with my bike(THX ED)parked on the bypass by his friend Brad(You got Burke with you!)Yup, He is a groomer At Solitude!Of Course I have to Bow down and brag to him about the FANTASTIC job they did this year(MY RUN AND THAT RUN!!)Even he said I slay CONCORD!!YUP,I said I dream about the Cord!!He liked and will tell the other groomers(Thats the coolest thing I heard about the Tude!!)Parked my bike on the Plaza!Should have stayed on P-dog all day(Min and Reg both sucked)Rode almost all day with Ronniee,We skiied a little w/T-Pete(He didn't like us not helping to form the Bumps on Reg, Sorry IT SUCKED!!)Thunder/rain came and they stopped the lifts,Got my bag from the trees and we started the plaza party early!(Dad,is that Burke?)I wanna go home!Not after magic beards and play time with their 2 uncles!!Busted out a Female manikin from Cristy's dump...FUN,FUn,Fun!!!!Now Dad wants to go and the girls want to stay...Before leaving I say Goodbye to Dan,Doube and friends(D knew I ride the Tude, He Laughed Hard when One friend asked "Did you wear a Orange Onepiece?"YUP,On Onepiece Friday!!Also heard SnoNerD Needs more Folks like that guy!!Rode down w/manikin facing backwards!!!"I Like your....(pause)Boobies?!Where did you get her?"SnoNerD!!!

Day 10 SnoNerD/One Piece Friday?

Bike on Bus all the way,Meet Alton before first run...Meet Ronniee and ski with him the rest of the day....Bumping on little Cloud was AWESOME!!Plaza party was goin Off,Didn't leave until 18:00...Biked down with the sun setting!

123 Total Days @Soli,2 @ the "B",One at Canyon's...9 so far @ the NERD!!last season 161!!If SnoNerd was open everyday I would beat this total...If I can ski every day open until July 4th,I'll hit 161 days again!!!! weekends only?SUCKS!!!What to do Mon-Thurs???...SNONERD!!

Day 9 Mother's Day/Biked down

Biked to Bus,Bike on bus to SnoNerd,Its fun trying to figure out where to lock it up at the Center...
One Tram ride and done....Locked up skis on level 2 this time(Still outside but near where people are all the time.)Met Kenny's friend Gregg,We talked about last day @"the B"and about this beauty lady that was hitting the bumps hard on little cloud,"She is a mother of four and is 55 years old."WOW she got me goin in the Bumps too!"I seen you yesterday making turns,Now I see How!"After he seen the 123's(He was on Rossi 195 Bandit XXX's!)My skis big Brother!Two Lifty Girls like the fun skis and where wondering "Where you Goin?"..."Got to do the MOM thing","Good Boy!"I like em!!!Rode down the canyon with Boots on board,Didn't stop, made it home to catch Mom in the garage,I took her over and joined her for Sac meeting(Also fast and testimony)Ran into on of the nicest ladys whose Husband works @Deer Valley,"He is a ski Bum Too!"Yes I am...

Hitched up and down(First time this year)Thx Chris and Jim.Rode Solo all day except last tram with Ronnie.Got Props from the party Posse from Killington!THX!Hanging at the Stu spot,here comes Seth(Stacked Salad!!)He was talking about riding this morning on Mt Olympus....WOW!!
Seen Tom from Soli skischool,He went on a mission to Russia,Another WOW moment, so good to see him grow up,Awesome KID/MAN!!Bumped twice down the zip line,THX PETE!!"seen you riding your bike","You ride Solitude,ALOT!"Yes I Do....

Day 7 SnoNerd/Mt Goats/Laura

Bus/biked to mouth...Hitched up,Started out in mineral...Ok Took a terror ride down regulator(ICE) back to the basin,Ron,Been lookin for me...Lets Ski some creamy/dreamy!!Not too bad...Followed Carl into Upper Cirque(Is this fun??)Ronniee and I hit the beach and the hh hut last run...Strange looking into the lot and down the Canyon....No one moving... Canyon closed(I Hate Snonerd!!)Took the long way down past the Bead/Panty tree....They are in line and moving down the canyon...Here comes the bus early...I take it back to the mouth,Hang out looking at the friskie Mt Goats...."Hey Burke"Wow,Its Laura and her boy Ben...Check out the sheep....Past Walts....Theres the Man!!Down to Andy's...Nice house,Great to see AJ and Denise...Nice day

Day 6 SnoNerd..Biked to Mouth

Hitched up after stashing bike at the park and ride,Get to the plaza,p/u ski's with a fresh coat of wax...Thx Matt and Steve...Here comes Ron, Then Walt!PartY PossE on Drink-o-de-May-O day!!
Nice sunny,warm day finally!!Ronniee shows us the "The Beach" and the most awesome "h&h",Amphitheater Log Cabin...Its 420 w/ Jason...Doube.."We have some mutual friends" ,"How are those 123's treating you?"Same answer everytime"Best Skis on the MT!" Thx for the ride down Walter!!Skis stashed on the plaza deck,Boots at the mouth...Its great being a ski bum!!!

Day 5 SnoNerd/Dav Goes Down

OUCH!!Carried off by 3 Patrol...Met at the Tram by Ambulance and the MaN...Rode earlier with Dave and Jim,It finally got good over in Mineral...Thx Walt for the great day!Dav, Get well soon!

Day 4 SnoNerd &LDS at Alta

Biked to ski bus, Bike on ski bus,Bike still at SnoNerd Center(Got a ride down from Soli-Joel,THX)Rode with the FoG Posse am,Rode with the MONO's pm,Hiked over to Alta Via Mineral(Bunch of Monos did the same!)Got to the Hi Boy Early(Turning Pete says"Where were you last year?")Mammoth! Watched the sunset with Taylor and Reese...Representing Solitude,Brighton and Alta...Bumped down Alfs in the twilight

Day 3 SnoNerd W/Phast Phil

Thx for the ride up and back!We rode hard....Canyon closed so we were not in too much of a hurry,Got to Wasatch about the time they opened!Nice ride Phil with all the bells and whistles...
We got over a foot of fresh all day(Skiing is Fun?!)Heard "MONO"off the chair,Seen the Legend
ERIC from Ski Connection....He recognized me while walking thru the tunnel!We Talked about his niece"Ski Patrol brought them down?!" Nop, that was me!!He He!Over an hour wait at the tram....Thx for opening up P_DoG, Phil pointed out Partyspots as we rode along, he also passed the tool back to me to take to the spot!Got to meet 2 of his kids...Great Day!!
