I remember yesterdays theme "All over Europe its the LAW to use the courtesy BAR"! Oh YEA!

Park in the Sun up Top, To Early so I grab the Rope Tow and head to Collins,... THEY GROOMED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It was GREAT!!!!! Finally headed over to Sugar, Roller coaster and lowest extrovert, OPEN for the first time this year!!! It was a bit Scarry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ended back on Collins,... Met two Sams, One Lifty, One works at Peruvian Lodge, NEW YEARS EVE HERE? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Drove up in a storm, Locker to Sunnyside... Late for the ribbon cutting on Supreme,..... Took a Lap then ON TO Sugar were I skied in the storm til about 13:00.... Come back to take a rest then take Mom and Dad out to Jonathans Church were Jeanne is taking care of our Party, WELL DONE!!

Took some lift rides with Steve-O.... "I wanna be like you when I grow up" and "Your attitude is the BEST!" THANK YOU!!! Very Nice walk up ride down on the 953 to my Locker, Walk up to the 953 to Highland "Where you going Tomorrow?" Matt R and Gal near the Bus stop "Solitude",.. "Us Too"

30 Weds OFF ,Thursday Brighton!!

COLD! Walk to The 220 and catch it @710, Off at Ft Union, Catch the 972 to 3000 East, Walk to the Mouth
PROTEST SIGN OUT, Seen Gregg and Rocking Scott!!! Back to the Spot, Get My Sol/bright gear and catch the Bus to...... MILLY!!!!!!!!!! It was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NATE!!!!!!!!!!!! He now works for Brighton,... We even took some laps on his ride break,.....
Around 1330 on to Crest via the Majestic access,,,,,VERY SCARY!! Crest Great, Snake not so great..
Catch a Busy down bus,.. Last seat "I heard someone mention that this Morning" 20 mph day... VERY COLD!

29 Bus Tuesday to Alta

Walk (Run too) and Really Run to catch the 220 and the 994.... Arrive early, Up to Sunnyside via a Bus with a Ghost on it........ WoW ,...I got your backcountry right here,... I can't wait til 09:15 here so I take the transfer cable with my Pack to catch the first Collins, Over the Top and to the Spot...
ITS COLD! Not too busy But Alta, Every other Chair?? I know you don't like Snowboarders, Now You DON'T LIKE SKIERS TOO?? DAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

28 Monday Back to Alta

Sunday I took the day off, Took Mom and Devona to Church then headed up to Savers were I got a pair of Ski Boots (Daleboot) and Sunglasses (Oakley),..... Oh YEA!!!!

Walked from Moms to see the Bus pull out,..So I walked up to catch it at Walker lane... (Seems like I've never actually walked this) KINDA SUCKED WITH NO SIDEWALK OR SHOULDER

At 9400 Park.n.ride the 994 is pulling out so I walk over and catch the next Bus off 9400 and near the 7-11,... PUSH THE BUTTON TO HELP THE DRIVERS SLOW DOWN!!!!

On to the locker, Then on up to Sunnyside,.... Still ended up waiting for opening...At the Top, Back Country gate to the Summer road and over to the "Albion Campground"

From here I'm heading to the Spot and get to see the Turn Towers with Many, Many Pullieeeeees

We Skied til Last Run,.. (Raced passed My Pack, But managed to get one more in) On to Crest and First Night Skiing, It to was EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Catch the 5:45 to My Bike and then ride back home Via the Neighborhood

Sunnyside to Sugarloaf to the New sp0t off Sugar, Just above Supreme (My Alta coat, Snacks and Juice still here) Laped Sugar many times til its time for Collins and Steve-O!!!!! YES! I keep on the Signature run Jake and Jake,... TWO JAKES AND THE SIGNATURE RUN ON COLLIN!!!!!!!!!  F,.K  YEA!!!!!!
 Met one of the Owners, Originators of "Alpine rep-lay, Now Trace" Another F,.K Yea!!
Ended at the Spot, Grab and go back to Sunnyside, Bus down to the Snowbird Center and the Locker, Then the 953 to the 220 and finally a nice walk back home,......

Park at Sugar loaf, @9:15 James says "Morning Burke, We are on a sensor delay" Me,..Gone to Collins via the rope tow!!!!! On to the swing and a great morning session on Sugar!!!
PM Collins with Jake, We even took a few laps on Sugar and thats where I ended my day...
Seen and Skied with Billieeeeeeeeeeee And his Flo-Skis!!!!!!!!!

Day 24 Fog Weds and first Double Eagle RUNS!!

Back home to #SkiSolitude and "Double Eagle" (Eagle Express Lift) Seen Kenny and the Fogs doing their thing in the Parking lot,... This is my Favorite part of being a #FOG!!

Also Seen Travis and Many friends from Solitude Ski School, Ski Patrol, Liftys and maintenance.

Drive up to Snowbird first (Hit the locker) Collins by 915, Over to the Sun..... Gregg and Lifty James Great session!!!!! See Lee and Some Snowbird folks including Jack,...Collins calling til time to come home and take Mom to her Ear Apt........ Mom I Love You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 21 First Tram (Mom Church) Alta til 420

FIRST REGULATOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not Skiable?.. HA! That was last Ski day last season.... Yesterday, Close but felt GREAT!!! Seen lots of friends before loading the RED TRAM!!!!!!! Travis and Bob, "Lets hit a Spot" And We Did!!! One Lap on Gad-Zoom... Creekside to the new Blue Bus , Getting tight on Time, Gotta get home to take Mom to Church,.... DID IT PLUS DAD!! After getting them back home (And cleaning the Car Plus) Back up to Alta, On the Slopes by 3:10, Skied til 4;20,... Met and Rode the Chair with Chris (Snowbird Race Team) and Brenden (Altas Big Mt Team) HELL YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!! Back home for Sunday night Football

Day 20..... Sunny Sat. @Alta

Drove back up to Collins, Wait til about 09:30,... Kinda busy, Very COLD!! After a few laps I changed into the black tights and DV Jacket,.. Its a Hit,.. Run into and Ski with Steve and Deborah,... We went up and all the way over to Sunnyside...... I'm back to Sugar to Collins and Warm clothes!!
Favorite moment, Riding Collins with Izzy "We have been talking about you all day!!" And then her roommate walking up to the Employee Housing,.. Me, "Hey, Snowboarder!!" She LAUGHED!!
 Steve, Deb and I seen 2 Snowboarders off Sunnyside,... "WE LOVE YOU!!!!" HA! Called Mom after Skiing and even ran the first Ski Tracks on My kinda old Phone,...

An Ode to Alta

#Ski day 19, Drive up to LCC via 2300 E to Bengal to Wasatch (If I pass by the mouth of BCC My Car wants to dive up it) Passing all the #Snowbird entrances I have to hold the wheel straight,. Alta bound again.....Riding up Collins Chair with who I look up to as the "Mayor of Alta" Casey...Another Best Picture!! Chicago Scott got an Alta pass, We skied over to the Albion Grill (I hope My picture is still on the Wall from being Employee of the YEAR, 1999.. Ended the day #Skiing with 2 Jacobs, (One lives in Blackjack, Talk about local.) Today, Back to #Alta

Took Mom to a 11:00 am apt.,  Headed to Soli. Beamed Up about 13:00... Seen many friends and Co-workers including Pekka and Kieth, Even had a Patroler comment on Jacob and I's video ... Hes my good homieeeee, YES!!!! Couple of Ladies in the Lot,... "We seen you on Unofficial Networks"

Drove up again, Soon I'll have everything in place and be ready for Bus Only til then,.... SUGARLOAF in the SUN!!!! HOLY MOLY IT WAS FANTASTIC!!!!
"Ballroom just opened, You need to go and get it now" Thank you Top Shack Lifty at Sugarloaf,... I did and it was great!!!!! After a short Lunch break, Back to Collins were I run into and Ski With Steve-O and Jake,.... We Hit the Spot that turns out to be Steve's top spot at Alta,...... WOW!!!
Later We get to ride up with a Kid thats Skiing Old School K2 Skinny, Bump and Slalom 204s,... ANOTHER WOW CAUSE HE ROCKED EM!!!!!

Finally...... Alta, Snowbird, and Solitude Open Saturday,....Friday riding the "B" with Colton and Raechal!!!!!!!!! NICE! Hit many nice Spots,.... Crest looks GREAT, It opens tomorrow, Me Alta today by default.... I am excited to hear Sugarloaf is OPEN! Plus the Angle Chair with the SKIERS!
